  • (8 years old at the time; Now he’s 10.)

Watching a bamboo-and-mud house being built:

“These people must have beaver brains!”

And you know what? Maybe they do.

Maybe God gave those “beaver brains” the creativity to build something beautiful with what’s right in front of them.

Sometimes we think we need more to do something meaningful.

But God has already given us everything we need to build a life that honors Him—even if it’s with mud, bamboo, and a little beaver-level innovation.

“His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life…” – 2 Peter 1:3

So today, if your kids are watching YouTube while you’re wondering if you’re building anything that matters, remember:

God uses whatever we have—no matter how humble—to create something sacred.

    Even with a beaver brain.
